  • 20 Cherry Tomatoes (300g)
  • 4 Tablespoons Reduced fat cream cheese (120g)
  • 4 Teaspoons Chopped herbs e.g. basil or chives (4g)

1. Wash and dry tomatoes. Cut in half using a sharp knive.

2. Dividing evenly, top each half of tomato with cream cheese and sprinkle the herbs on top.
