  • 1 Can Pears In Juice (400g) (Or Your Favourite Fruit)
  • 2 Tubs Natural Yogurt (200g) (Small Low Fat Pots)
  • 2 Teaspoons Sugar (10g)

Method

  1. Crush the fruit with a fork using a little of the juice.
  2. Mix the fruit with the yogurt and sugar.
  3. Chill and then serve.
