Supporting your child with body image and healthy weight

We all want our children to be happy and healthy and feel comfortable in their own skin. But every day, children and adults are exposed to unrealistic images that only promote a very narrow range of body shapes and weight as acceptable or aspirational. In this section we’ve got lots of practical tips for helping children feel more body confident, and for talking to them about shape, size and weight in a supportive way.
