  • 25 Mushrooms (250g)
  • 1 Tablespoons Low Fat Spread (15g)
  • 1 Garlic Clove (3g)
  • 1 Pinch Chilli Powder (1g)
  • 2 Sprigs Parsley (2g) (Fresh (Optional))

  1. Rinse or wipe the mushrooms and parsley. Chop the parsley.
  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Heat the low fat spread in a pan.
  4. Add the garlic and chilli powder.
  5. Add the mushrooms and cook on a high heat for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
