The Parental Employability Support Fund provides support to parents on low incomes who are looking for a job or who are currently in work and looking to progress. The scheme offers one to one tailored employability support from a key worker, including support to access training. Fair Start Scotland provides support to many people, including those at risk of becoming long-term unemployed, to support them to find and retain work. Depending on your situation, you can get up to 12 months of tailored support to access employment and a further 12 months of in work support.
